Dominion, finalist in the International Customer Experience Awards
On November 20 in Amsterdam Dominion dresses up to attend the final of the International Customer Experience Awards thanks to Dominion Commercial.
'2100', the video game designed by Phone House and Gamelearn, continues to reap the rewards of its know-how, and this time the recognition is in the category of 'Best Digital Strategy', one of the most recognized and important of the event.
"For us it is already a great success to be nominated, and, in addition, the fact that it’s in the category of Best Digital Strategy, it’s even more important. Technology and digitalization are tools for efficiency; therefore, in all our processes, whether in Human Resources or in any area, we apply them ", explains Carlos José Rubio, Head of Training at Dominion Commercial.
After the recognitions received in Spain, the United Kingdom and the United States are now joining in nominating Dominion as a finalist in the contest for the award, an event where Dominion Commercial will be measured against Saudi Arabia, Austria, South Africa, England, Finland or Singapore, to name a few.
"It will be a very competitive event, with big companies and great professionals looking for the first prize. Dominion Commercial will do everything in its hand to win the highest award, "adds Carlos José.
The International Customer Experience Awards recognize the best exponents in the world of customer experience in multiple categories, with the award ceremony being the culmination of a trip that rewards the effort and enthusiasm of all participants.
