DOMINION won the Silver Award in the 2017 Brandon Hall Group Excellence Awards in Technology

DOMINION won the Silver Award at the 2017 Brandon Hall Group Excellence Awards in Technology.

DOMINION, an innovative global provider of multiple technology services and specialized engineering solutions, won the coveted Silver Brandon Hall Group award for excellence in the category of Best Game Advance or Simulation Technology.

The Awards for Excellence recognize the best organizations that have successfully implemented programs, strategies, modalities, processes, systems and tools that have achieved quantifiable results. The program attracts participants from major corporations around the world, as well as medium and small companies. In this case, Phone House (a company of Dominion since 2017) together with the developer Gamelearn, were awarded for "Transforming the customer experience through a video game".

"The’2100’ is a Customer Attention and Experience simulator with real contents and situations that take place in the Phone House stores; being customizable and based on experience, it makes the concepts easier to take to day-to-day situations and become a habit”, explains Carlos Rubio Training Manager of Phone House. “2100’ transports its participants to a Phone House store of the future, with interactions with customers. The student must use the sales process of the company, called Sales Style, to give the best service possible to their customers and close sales. The game helps you and gives you feedback for better learning”, highlights Carlos.

This award reveals once again the deep experience of DOMINION, something that helps its clients to make their production processes more efficient by combining knowledge, technology and innovation, either through outsourcing or through the implementation of solutions, including solutions of specialized engineering.

"Human capital management evolves faster than at any time in its history and has innovative technology developed and implemented by large and small organizations," said Rachel Cooke, director of operations at Brandon Hall Group and director of the awards program. "The technology innovators who won the Excellence Awards this year focused on providing users with a better overall experience, which is what our research says employers want, and our award winners are leading the way."

Mike Cooke, executive director of Brandon Hall Group, said: "The winners of our technology awards are truly exceptional and set a high standard for others, we have learned a lot from what they have achieved. Awards programs complement our quantitative research by providing to our team unique ideas to share with our members and customers."

A panel of veterans, independent industry experts and senior analysts and executives from Brandon Hall Group evaluated the entries according to the following criteria:

• Product: What was the innovative innovation of the product?

• Unique differentiators: what makes the product unique and how does it differ from competing products?

• Value proposal: what problem does the product solve and what is the need for this product?

• Measurable results: What are the benefits that customers can expect to experience as a result of using this product?

"For us it is an incredible recognition, it is a reward for many years of work and of many people involved in our Sales Style that seeks to provide the best possible service and sale to our clients, always looking for the most efficient and innovative way to reach our partners, with 2100 and the developer Gamelearn, we have achieved it ", confirms Carlos Rubio, DOMINION.
