The program attracts participants from major corporations around the world, as well as medium and small companies. In this case, Phone House (a company of Dominion since 2017) together with the developer Gamelearn, were awarded for "Transforming the customer experience through a video game".
"The’2100’ is a Customer Attention and Experience simulator with real contents and situations that take place in the Phone House stores; being customizable and based on experience, it makes the concepts easier to take to day-to-day situations and become a habit”, explains Carlos Rubio Training Manager of Phone House. “2100’ transports its participants to a Phone House store of the future, with interactions with customers. The student must use the sales process of the company, called Sales Style, to give the best service possible to their customers and close sales. The game helps you and gives you feedback for better learning”, highlights Carlos.
This award reveals once again the deep experience of DOMINION, something that helps its clients to make their production processes more efficient by combining knowledge, technology and innovation, either through outsourcing or through the implementation of solutions, including solutions of specialized engineering.
