Sustainability indicators: Technology based coordination of a diverse workforce

Our extensive geographical and sectoral distribution requires extra effort to ensure appropriate monitoring of compliance with corporate principles, as well as obtaining information required to make improvement-focused decisions.

To this end, DOMINION relies on technology to obtain up-to-date and complete information - processed in an advanced BI system.

This system means that we are able to monitor a significant amount of sustainability indicators regarding personnel management which we publish in the Non-Financial Information Statement every year, which is audited by an independent third party.

Geographic diversity

Its DNA is made up of diversity, multiculturalism, teamwork and respect for values and culture. Our more than 9,000 employees represent 74 different nationalities, in 24 countries and speak 12 different languages. 

Gender diversity

DOMINION is committed to promoting female presence in managerial roles in light of the gender imbalance associated with the Company's business sectors and the gender bias in those countries where the Company has a strong foothold.

Generational Diversity

There are currently four generations of professionals working together at DOMINION. We have implemented mentoring programs so as to pass on our senior staff's expertise to the younger staff, who in turn contribute better entrepreneurial and digitalisation skills. In 2020, 29% of the new joiner population was under the age of 30, which is more than the figure for the previous year.
