The success of a diverse, expert and dedicated team
DOMINION's success is down to its almost 9,000 employees who all work in a significant number of countries all around the world. We strive for a working environment in which they are able to develop their potential in all areas. We strive for equal opportunities, generational, cultural and gender diversity and the recruitment of people with different abilities, advocating decent, quality employment, rejecting child and forced labour, respecting the freedom of association and collective bargaining, and by aligning professional interests with the company's strategic goals.
Sustainability indicators: Technology based coordination of a diverse workforce
Our extensive geographical and sectoral distribution requires extra effort to ensure appropriate monitoring of compliance with corporate principles, as well as obtaining information required to make improvement-focused decisions.
To this end, DOMINION relies on technology to obtain up-to-date and complete information - processed in an advanced BI system.
This system means that we are able to monitor a significant amount of sustainability indicators regarding personnel management which we publish in the Non-Financial Information Statement every year, which is audited by an independent third party.

Committed to diversity
For us, diversity is one of the cornerstones for Human Resources, not only because this one of our commitments as a company as a whole, but also because we believe that it plays a crucial role in attracting the best talent. At DOMINION we have developed various policies and initiatives designed to make progress in terms of equality.
Under our code of conduct, we do not tolerate any form of discrimination. Any allegation that we receive via our Ethical Channel is analysed confidentially and handled as necessary.
DOMINION’s presence consists of direct staff in 23 countries, with employees from 73 different nations. This certainly contributes to an added value in a multi-cultural environment.
DOMINION's commitment to promoting women in managerial positions increased by 50% in 2019. We are extremely proud of this in the light of the characteristics of the sectors we operate in (where male presence prevails).
There are currently four generations of professionals working together at DOMINION. We have implemented mentoring programs so as to pass on our senior staff's expertise to the younger staff, who in turn contribute better entrepreneurial and digitalisation skills. In 2019, 22.2% of the workforce was under the age of 30, which is more than the figure for the previous year.
