DOMINION Polska is a global partner in the implementation of local specialized construction investments in the EPC formula - Engineering Procurement Construction.
DOMINION Polska deals with the comprehensive implementation of construction investments using the modern sliding method on a global scale. The company has its own know-how and unique sliding devices, thanks to which DOMINION Polska can significantly shorten time of erecting the construction, can significantly reduce investment costs.
Your scope of duties
• Comprehensive management of construction projects in the industrial sector.
• Supervision over the schedule, budget and quality of implemented investments.
• Coordination of the work of design teams, contractors and subcontractors.
• Cooperation with clients, investors and administrative bodies.
• Ensuring compliance of the work carried out with the provisions of the construction law and technical standards.
• Monitoring the progress of work and reporting to the management staff.
• Identification and management of risk during the implementation of the project.
• Maintaining design and as-built documentation.
• Cost control and optimization of construction processes.
Our requirements
• Preferred education: higher education (engineer or master of science - field: Construction).
• Knowledge of building law regulations and technical standards.
• Valid construction qualifications will be an additional asset.
• Experience in industrial construction, including project management on industrial construction sites (minimum 5 years).
• Fluent in English and Polish - a necessary condition!
• Willingness to work on a delegation to construction sites run by the Company (long-term trips abroad - Europe) - a necessary condition!
• Knowledge of German or Spanish will be an additional asset.
