This general approach has allowed us to digitalise processes and workflows using a digital platform in a web and app environment designed specifically for our client. All the information and controls relating to activity is centralised in a single digital environment. This is simultaneously controlled by Dominion and client personnel, thereby facilitating decision-making based on real-time data analysis and the detection of possible problems and facilitating actions to resolve the latter.
Significant production planning and management process efficiency has been achieved through digitalisation, completely doing away with all paper-based processes and making data available to all platform users in real time.
Our client has developed advanced invoicing schemes with real and accurate information, now able to to make decisions faster by having quick access to the specific operation data and KPIs.
Dow Chemical Iberia
DOMINION provides a maintenance and operation services package for Dow Chemical Iberia which can be referred to as a "One Stop Shop" for services which is intended to maximise our client's operating efficiency.
DOW Chemical produces a total volume of more than 170,000 tonnes of plastic pellets per year. DOMINION participates in the flow of its operating processes by performing the plant's electrical and mechanical maintenance activities and taking part in production planning management, end product bagging operations and logistics management for both warehouses and shipments.
Asides from managing these in a centralised manner, DOMINION has digitalised all of these processes by implementing its Digital Platforms environment at the client’s facilities. This has resulted in the optimisation of their processes, making them more flexible, efficient and safe.
