The technologies we use
We innovate to maximise the uptime of industrial furnaces. Our engineers are constantly working on the refinement of established methods and the advancement of materials for our evolving customer requirements.
We use state-of-the-art technologies and a large variety of materials such as refractory bricks, castables or innovative DOMINION tile systems and methods best suited to the individual project.
Our application methods include pouring and vibro-casting of castables, standard and high-pressure gunning, pumping, ceramic welding, shotcreting, hot repairs with robot shooter, ramming of mixes and much more.
Under brands such as KARRELIT or KARRBRICK, we have developed together with other manufacturers a full range of materials adapted to the specific needs of our customers. In addition, we produce dried, annealed or calcined, individually designed parts or series products.
Difficult parts and composites are also precisely manufactured thanks to our powerful shaping technologies for wood, plastic, metal or polystyrene.
All related steel repair works, anchors, studs, and hexmesh welding are, of course, also part of our portfolio of services performed by our certified teams.
