The code of conduct and our policies

A long-term guarantee of success

The code of conduct and our policies
Dominion Global

Our code of conduct and accompanying policies set out the ethical and sustainability standards not only for our work but also for the kind of company we strive to be.

The code of conduct

Our Code details the performance standards that everyone at DOMINION abides by, without exception and at all times. Our long-term success largely depends on the fact that we all adopt the code and apply it to our daily lives.

Our clients and business partners value use as a reliable partner given our strict ethical standards. This also applies to our investors and the communities we work in. The Code guarantees that we will meet our stakeholders' expectations.

We absolutely do not tolerate corruption, bribery, anti-competitive practices, discrimination, harassment or any illegal activity. Accordingly, any uncertainties or suspicion or infringements must be reported to the Whistleblower Channel for appraisal. DOMINION guarantees there will be no reprisals against any reporting parties.
