DOMINION takes a new step in its environmental commitment with the acquisition of Ecogestión de Residuos S.L., a company based in Arcos de la Frontera (Cádiz) with more than 20 years of experience in the comprehensive management and transfer of industrial waste.
This is the third strategic operation of the year, following the incorporation of two companies specializing in the circular economy and decarbonization, confirming DOMINION's ability to execute in an increasingly demanding and regulated market.
With this acquisition, DOMINION strengthens the presence of its Global Dominion Environment (GDE) division in a key industrial hub in southern Spain and expands its capacity to offer comprehensive waste management solutions. It also generates synergies with its existing infrastructure in the region, optimizing processes and reinforcing its value proposition for industrial customers.

This operation drives forward GDE's roadmap, which aims to achieve a turnover of €500 million by 2025, consolidating DOMINION as a leading player in the circular economy and industrial decarbonization at European level.
