DOMINION has launched the third edition of BQUO, its entrepreneurship and talent incubator program, which seeks technological projects that improve sustainability and talents with an entrepreneurial spirit. The initiative is once again open to individuals who are nonconformist, with an entrepreneurial vision and eager to take their ideas to the next level or develop their careers by solving real business challenges.
Unlike other programs, BQUO does not require candidates to have an ongoing project to participate. It is enough to have an idea related to sustainability and technology at any stage of development. Talented individuals without an idea can also participate if they want to solve a challenge designed by DOMINION, to develop their skills during an initial six-month period at the Bilbao offices
The program offers participants a six-month experience at DOMINION's headquarters, with personalized training designed according to their respective needs and comprehensive support from a mentor on the executive team throughout the process. Selected candidates will also have access to all the resources they need to develop their projects, including visits to other countries, access to all departments, and DOMINION's commercial and institutional networks. They will also receive funding for their project (without requiring equity involvement), as well as coverage of travel and accommodation expenses, in addition to a monthly financial compensation.
Applications to participate in the program can be submitted until June 23. Are you interested in participating or learning more about BQUO?
