Meet some Leading Women at DOMINION

We celebrated Women's Month by interviewing some women in leadership and management positions at DOMINION.

Last year we spoke with some DOMINION pioneers, colleagues who have grown up in sectors and areas of activity where historically there have always been few women.

This 2024, we dedicate the month to giving visibility to women who occupy management and leadership positions at DOMINION, references who inspire and motivate us due to their careers.

At DOMINION we believe that diversity drives innovation. In recent years, we have launched awareness campaigns for the entire team and carried out several initiatives such as joining the STEAM Alliance for female talent, signing the European Diversity Charter in 7 countries (Spain, Germany, Italy, Poland, France, Portugal and Slovakia) or participating in the Global Compact's Target Gender Equality program.
