Friday April 27th has been the date chosen for the premiere of the techserie ANDeROID, a production in which DOMINION participates where the protagonists (Ander, Irune, Félix, Bego and Oskar) share their day to day in a digital and technological world in comedy format.
The event, presented by Carlos Sobera, took place at the Paraninfo of the University of Deusto, and numerous young people interested in Engineering attended, as well as some of the stars of the series and representatives of DOMINION, Iberdrola, NTS and the University of Deusto itself as companies sponsors.
The plot of the series revolves around this group of young people who are in their thirties whose meeting point since they were teenagers is the garage of Anderoid. Since his father never had a car, he set aside the space for him and his group of friends to have a 'laboratxoko'; a space full of gadgets, computers, screens, slates, robot’s arms and other technological elements. The engine of the action is themselves and their relationships; the search of the overcoming of their insecurities, their rivalries, their immaturity, their conflicts, their frustrations... But all this in key of humour and replete of winks to the scientific-technological world.
Education as an objective
With this participation, DOMINION wants to promote digital transformation and technological innovation, values that are part of the DNA of the company, in an original and innovative way.
In addition, and in line with the company's commitment to education, the central point of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), this collaboration strengthens ties with the educational environment and helps DOMINION become better known among young professionals who complete their studies.
