DOMINION has started 2026 with solid operational performance, maintaining organic growth and strong profitability levels in a global environment marked by geopolitical uncertainty. This performance reinforces the consistency of its business model as it enters the final phase of its 2023–2026 Strategic Plan.
In the first quarter of the year, the company reached revenues of €247.2 million, with organic growth of +5.3% at constant currency, exceeding its guidance. This performance reflects the increasing weight of recurring activities and the stronger focus of the business following the simplification process.
In terms of profitability, DOMINION maintained an EBITDA margin of 13.4% over revenues, supported by the strong performance of its most recurring business lines. Net attributable profit stood at €7 million, reaching €7.9 million excluding discontinued operations.
A more predictable and focused model
The quarter’s performance confirms the strength of an increasingly recurring business model, with recurring activities now accounting for over 80% of contribution margin, well above the strategic target. This higher level of recurrence provides greater visibility and stability in complex environments.
Divestments carried out in 2025 and 2026 in non-core businesses have reinforced this positioning, although they also affect comparability with the same period of the previous year. These transactions are aligned with the strategy of focusing on activities with higher profitability, recurrence and strategic fit.
Momentum in recurring business and stability in projects
By business area, Global Dominion Environment (GDE) continues to improve its margins, driven by circular economy services and growth in decarbonisation projects. Meanwhile, GDT Services leads the group’s organic growth, supported by the development of power grids and long-term recurring contracts in key markets.
In the Projects division, the company maintains high profitability levels and a backlog of €388 million with no cancellations, although the international context is slowing execution pace.
Preparing the next strategic cycle
DOMINION is entering the final stage of its Strategic Plan with a stronger, more recurring and more efficient foundation. At the same time, the company is advancing in the definition of its next Strategic Plan 2027–29, which will continue to focus on value creation, financial discipline and the development of its key business areas.
