The challenge

The client needed a new integral logistics operator that could manage an increasing volume of operations whilst guaranteeing the bestpossible service. One of the operating problems consisted in changing over from the old operator to the new one: the incoming logistics operator had to be ready to start at 100% operation overnight, with no transition or adaptation period, so expert knowledge and years of experience in the process was crucial.
