These last years, during the European Diversity Month, we have launched awareness campaigns for the entire team and promoted several initiatives such as joining the STEAM Alliance for female talent, signing the European Diversity Charter in 7 countries (Spain, Germany, Italy, France, Poland, Portugal and Slovakia) or participating in the Target Gender Equality program of the Global Compact.
Recently, we also joined Redi, the first ecosystem of companies and professionals in Spain that works to promote safe and respectful work environments for all people, regardless of their identity, gender expression or sexual orientation.
